Cherie M. Redlinger is one of our wonderful members who was involved in founding the WCA of Georgia. She is currently the Chapter Program chair on the WCA Natioanl Board. She describes herself as a Neo-Feminist. On the topic of being a Neo-Feminist she has the following to say: One of her newest projects is Mug Shots: I am Woman. This installation consists of 3 parts."I believe to be a Neo-Feminist: You don't have to be fat or hairy or a lesbian or burn your bra to be a feminist, but you believe as a Neo-Feminist it is fine with being fat or hairy or a lesbian or burning your bra anyway or you are a Neo-Feminist dressed like a slut. It doesn’t matter Neo-Feminist will still get angry when a woman gets her nose cut off because her husband believes she is unfaithful or when children are drinking toxin water because big business is polluting the water."
